Transfer week!🆒️

 Whats up everyone!! I got transferred finally! I am now in Hato Del Yaque its right on the outskirts of Santiago (the city) and im loving it so much, its such a cool area. But with being transferred i also got a new comp Elder Ray hes awsome first time we got in the car together the speaker were just straight static and got worse when we went faster. He immediately said looks like this guys got his radio wired to his alternator. I new from that moment we were going to be friends haha. We've talked a lot about hunting and fish and all sorts of fun stuff im loving it. 


But it hasn't all been good i had to get surgery on my two toes because of my dumb toe nails and after 3 hours of waiting the lady absolutely butchered my toes and had fun doing it and had to stich the big one back together. Its been doing better i can still walk but its hurtin.

Last night I got a call from one of the elders that was at the house before us and said hey the water filters broken so don't drink the water. ( after we've all been drinking it for days straight) We got home and i went to bed right after i showered because I wasn't feeling the best. At 11 i woke up running to the bathroom puking everything i had in my stomach from lunch out. Some nice slimy meat, rice , and corn. On the third round i had it coming out my nose i though i was going to die. After a long struggle i thought i had nothing left and i was so thirsty and i couldn't drink the water so i drank some orange soda. Layed in bed and 10 minutes later it came back out. It continued until 3 in the morning. Worst night of my entire mission.

On a good note the people here are really cool and fun to talk to. Its crazy because they talk differently then in my last area. But we have 10 people on date right now for baptisms which is so cool. It is pretty dusty here like the roads are pretty much half powder and half pavement its got a mexico vibe to it.

-kid got his phone taken by his mom because he spent 2000 pesos on roadbloxs (video game)
- kid said he was good at baseball so i said first one to hit the red bucket on a fence stake wind. Ray won but the kid hit a wood shack behind it and came out yelling and we blamed it on the kid and said we're taking care of it. Coolest kid ever kinda felt bad.
-had to say goodbye to my favorite family in my last area and they text me everyday cheaking on me.

  Well, this week has been full of surprises.We had to drop two of our people that we had on for baptism dates. But one of the other ones got pushed back A week so don't know if we'll have any baptism this transfer but. Been able to find a lot of cool new people And get to know them too. This week was really busy between having zone conference and companion exchanges It was a pretty hectic week. I love walking in the streets.Cause all you hear's gringo, gringo, non-stop and all the little kids come running up to you and try to shake your hand and run their hands down your arm.Trying to slip the bracelet or watch or your ring off your fingers its pretty funny.   This week went good so far had a lot of lessons with people also have found a lot of other people that i got a lot of faith in. Somone pointed out to me that my spelling sucks so just ask my mom what i got on that stupid test in highschool and you will understand. It was bad.... i must say the bugs and rodents here are getting worse, lot more bugs and spinders in the apartment and outside. Yuck giant spiders here. I freaking found or i guess it found me it was like a rat guinea pig thing and was albino... we were teaching this lady in the street and it walked by me it took every bit of me to not kick it but you know i was like no im a missionary... and what if it was somones pet or somthin i dont know but it left me alone and just passed by.   This week was a full one to say the least a lot happend. Lots of really touching experiences that were really cool! I got to go on a companion exchange and got to got to the heart of down down santiago. The elder i went with in charge of all social media and all the referrals that people put in. So i ended up not going out in the morning and just on a computer going through them and calling them. Crazy how many people hit the link and fill it out but then say they never did it haha. Like buddy you filled out your whole name email and phone number haha. But after that we got to go out for a little and met with this really old lazy. She was the sweetest person ever. Shes 81 and we got to talking and giving her a lesson and she told us a story that was pretty touching. She said one day she started to feel really hot and her skin started to look black including her face. She went to a doctor and she said it got worse and she said she was never going back.
