Rats 🐀

 Hola hola another week gone! This week went good as usual and had some successful lessons id say! To start off we had zone confrence and it went amazin! We definitely have the best mission president prove me wrong. Had a awsome companion exchange with elder jones who lives in the same house and we had a absolute blast. The rest of the week went good found some amazin people which was followed by some fire restoration lessons. We have one family thats been in teaching for about 3 weeks and they are the absolute best! The dads name is Carlos and hes the definition of the cool uncle. Hes by far my best friend in the area! One night we were sitting in the house and they have a metal roof and we just herd a rat go running across the roof so we joked around for a bit about it then the next time i saw one in the house and he jumped up as fast as he could off of the floor and said lets go kill it, so we went and tried to kill it😂 we never saw the rat again... but there is a different family that weve been talking too and the have a bunch of Hation kids and they are a absolute blast you can see some funny videos of them in my photo album but they live between two nasty water canals which smells sooooo bad and every time we walk through we take rocks and just throw rocks at the rats which are bout the size of a prairie dog no joke. We've killed one but there's soooo many I need a big blow gun or something so somone send me one. Just kidding, kinda. Every friday we have a basketball activity at the church to play with some people and get to know new people and no one really showed up this time so us 4 missionarys got to play and me and my comp kicked their trash and the other elders had to by us empanadas which was amazing. The house we are in finally got AC kinda and now we all sleep in the same tiny room with bunk beds which is kinda a pain but at least its cooler.

  Well, this week has been full of surprises.We had to drop two of our people that we had on for baptism dates. But one of the other ones got pushed back A week so don't know if we'll have any baptism this transfer but. Been able to find a lot of cool new people And get to know them too. This week was really busy between having zone conference and companion exchanges It was a pretty hectic week. I love walking in the streets.Cause all you hear's gringo, gringo, non-stop and all the little kids come running up to you and try to shake your hand and run their hands down your arm.Trying to slip the bracelet or watch or your ring off your fingers its pretty funny.   This week went good so far had a lot of lessons with people also have found a lot of other people that i got a lot of faith in. Somone pointed out to me that my spelling sucks so just ask my mom what i got on that stupid test in highschool and you will understand. It was bad.... i must say the bugs and rodents here are getting worse, lot more bugs and spinders in the apartment and outside. Yuck giant spiders here. I freaking found or i guess it found me it was like a rat guinea pig thing and was albino... we were teaching this lady in the street and it walked by me it took every bit of me to not kick it but you know i was like no im a missionary... and what if it was somones pet or somthin i dont know but it left me alone and just passed by.   This week was a full one to say the least a lot happend. Lots of really touching experiences that were really cool! I got to go on a companion exchange and got to got to the heart of down down santiago. The elder i went with in charge of all social media and all the referrals that people put in. So i ended up not going out in the morning and just on a computer going through them and calling them. Crazy how many people hit the link and fill it out but then say they never did it haha. Like buddy you filled out your whole name email and phone number haha. But after that we got to go out for a little and met with this really old lazy. She was the sweetest person ever. Shes 81 and we got to talking and giving her a lesson and she told us a story that was pretty touching. She said one day she started to feel really hot and her skin started to look black including her face. She went to a doctor and she said it got worse and she said she was never going back.
