Elder Cannon Eagar- Dominican Republic Santiago Mission February 2025 - February 2027

  Man time flys its so crazy its already P-day again. The days fly by so fast and blend together its so crazy. Only one more week left then im going to be on the island of the DR! Had some pretty good devotionals that were really powerful. I some how got draged into singing on froday with my district on friday in front of all the people here which is a TON. Soooo excited😐. Anywho its been raining quite a bit down here which is amazin but then that sun come out and i just die but i better get used to it. Ive been here almost exactly a month now which is just crazy. Español is coming along slowly things keep clicking and making sence but once somone starts yappin i get so lot i just agree hahaha.   This week went by so fast it was crazy! Ive been doing good got a lil sick but it was good. Weve had a few people go to the hospital because of parisites apperently so thats nice.. this week in class we got our solo Español cards so no more english is class or after. Getting pretty real now but its actually pretty fun to speak spanish the words are so pretty and role out of your mouth. Somtimes... thats been my biggest strugle is actually being able to say the word right its already hard enough for me in english spanish is next level hahah. Last friday me and my companion had the opertunity to teach some teenage latinos and it was actually so fun. The words litterly just came naturaly. Last sunday i was in a class and we were all talking and i had this voice pop up in my head and all that came to my mind was a dog named Daisy. It was so stong i almost cried i have no idea i even wrote it down in my notebook with a date. Then when i got home i wrote it down in the personal journal...

  Hola!!!! Dont worry guys im still alive the MTC hasent killed me yet... its been a hetic week so far and had some pretty freaking amazing experiences! Its crazy how easy it is to get along with people here we are all here for the same purpose and pretty much have the same mindset so stuff gets done and its amazin! Spanish is coming along not as good as i want it to be, but its coming, pretty impressive from day one. The flight here and the first night was honsestly so amazing! Was pretty lonely my flight to mexico city had not one white person on it and no one spoke english so that was scary haha. Once we landed i was so lost it was baddddddddd. So i ended up following the crowd and met some dude who helped me and ya. The ride to the MTC was sooooo lit it was just me and a random dude in a van. At some points i questioned if i was even with the right guy but honestly i was fine with it because at one point we both we singing to the radio somhow... he helped me read stop signs and...
